I signed with Daniel for my nutrition coaching after finding out I was going to be having surgery. I have worked with several nutrition professionals over the years and each had their own niche.

Daniel stood out from the others because of his knowledge, honesty and experience. With having many medical issues I needed someone who was patient, and able to navigate me with nutrition through this process. He has not only done that, but also helped me get to a better sleep cycle, lose a healthy amount of weight and maintain that prior to surgery. I love that he has taught me about the nutritional properties versus just “here you go, you do this”. I appreciate the honesty of the check-ins and willingness of him to switch it, change it and rearrange it for me. I can say there’s a coach out there for everyone, I know he’s the right coach for me. Want education, no bull answers,  and a tailored approach for your health? He is your guy.

Before working with Daniel I was feeling frustrated with training after a serious back injury and making little to no progress for the best part of 4 years.

I’d followed Daniel for quite some time and just really enjoyed the content he was putting out. You could tell he was a no nonsense type of guy and also super knowledgeable - Always pragmatic when discussing topics, rather than just trying to shout the loudest like so many others do online. After just three months he had all but completely eliminated my back pain and restriction of movement. Not to mention dropping 10lbs while getting stronger on my lifts simultaneously! This is the longest bout of training I’ve had without recurring pain/injury and I can’t thank him enough for it.

What I like most about working with Daniel is that all bases are covered, training, nutrition and lifestyle. Not to mention he’s easy to communicate with, there’s clear progression each block and he respects and listens to my input as well.

If you’re looking for a coach, whatever your goals might be, I can’t recommend Daniel enough. Few are as well rounded and as professional as him.

Before working with Daniel, I had competed twice but trained without a proper program.

I signed up with Daniel right after we had a great conversation at the gym, where we talked about my strength goals, how I had a big competition coming up and needed some coaching. I got invited to compete at the 2019 World Powerlifting Championships being held in Calgary. In the last 4 years since I started training with Daniel, I have added 105kg to my total and have seen a drastic improvement in my body composition. I recently competed at the American Pro and won top 3 across all tested female competitors. He’s helped me build a solid routine with small habits that have helped my overall well-being. What I love most about working with Daniel is that he genuinely cares about you reaching your goals. If you ever have questions or concerns, he explains the reasons on why you are doing specific exercises or how your nutrition, sleep and stress management will help your performance.

If you’re serious about making changes in your life, whether that’s in strength, health or overall well-being, I highly recommend that you reach out to Daniel because it's the best decision that you’ll ever make.
